Content and Automation Strategist

You’ll work with our Marketing Director to ensure powerful content goes to the right place, at the right time. The right candidate takes great pride in their ability to take one piece of content and turn it into amazing social media posts, articles, eBooks, case studies, podcasts, video clips, and more.

Our heart lies with Hubspot and Marketing automation is our love language. 50-80% of your days will be spent creating campaigns and automation within HubSpot.  Experience in any automation software is a huge plus!

You’re an excellent writer and B2C marketer with a 6th sense for identifying opportunities that drive conversion and sales activity. You don’t need someone to tell you what to do, just clear goals and access to the resources that will get you there. PROOFREADING IS YOUR MIDDLE NAME.

Responsibilities:

· Hubspot automation; editing workflows, building automation, keeping an eye on strategy

· CONTENT; Reimagine and repurpose existing content into new content to engage prospective solution providers.

· Write, edit and publish both long and short-form content – depending on the need and the specific audience.

· Manage blogs ensuring that SEO tactics are continuously used to optimize content development to drive organic traffic and conversion.

· Understand content performance; adjust and optimize to hit KPIs.

· Graphic Design and Web Design - A keen eye for trendy design and the ability to build it.

· Conduct research and work with Marketing and Sales to understand the buying process and determine which content is needed.

· Maintain content calendar and provide accurate reporting on all content marketing activities for solution providers.

Experience:

· 1 year+ of marketing automation software experience

· Advanced writing and editing skills.

· Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.

· Project management skills and proven track record of creating projects from inception to completion.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year ; plus quarterly bonuses 
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work Location: Remote
